Gender diversity goals The IT industry has for many years been characterized by a male-dominated gender balance. At KMD we have set ourselves the goal of achieving a more balanced gender distribution across our company, especially at managerial levels. More specifically, we aim to achieve a distribution of between 40-60% of both women and men. Our targets for 2023 and 2026 are shown in the following table: Female representation BoD (Board of Directors) Current (End of FY22) 33.3 % Goal End of FY23 ≥33% Goal End of FY26 40-60 % Leadership (Levels 1 + 2)* 44% 40-60 % 40-60 % Leaders (all) 28 % 30% (+2%) 40-60 % Employees (total) 32.6 % 34.6% (+2%) ≥ 38 % Notes: Fiscal Year (FY) is from 1 st April until 31 st March. (*) Levels 1 and 2 are defined in the Danish Companies Act (Selskabsloven), § 139c. For KMD, Level 1 corresponds to our Executive Board, and Level 2 to our Group Management. KMD is committed to implementing targets every year, prioritizing, though not exclusively focusing on fair and representative gender demographics. 4 Roles and responsibilities The Sustainability Board is responsible for the approval of policy and targets.
